While it’s my nature to criticize and complain instead of doling out kudos, sometimes we have to give credit where credit is due – especially
when it involves adult beverages. Cool article from the Times today details the green transformation of the Champagne bottle. Very interesting and if it works as planned, it’ll be a great success. Props to the industry and the producers for going green for the good of the cause and not simply because of their bottom lines.
